No. You only need to install the latest version of "BH e-Connect" on your new device, and login with your membership account to continue using "BH e-Connect"
Some functions will becomes unavailable due to unable to receive OTP code. You need to visit our hospital in person and update your mobile phone number record with us, then update your mobile phone number on "BH e-Connect"
The one-stop mobile app "BH e-Connect" provides multiple functions allowing patients to manage medical arrangements and care for their health more effectively. Patients can also invite family members to become caregivers or care recipients through "BH e-Connect", allowing family members assist to manage and check their health records
With "BH e-Connect", patients can check their personal, care recipients and caregivers' appointment records; apply for specialist appointments and check medication information, etc.

Anyone can download the "BH e-Connect" mobile app as a visitor or a member, you can also associate the mobile app to our hospital's records after verifying your identity. Please see Account and Registration section for details

Yes, you can skip the registration process by clicking the skip button on top-right and continue to browse our hospital's information as a guest. However, visitor has limited function available, therefore it is recommended to register as a member.
No. You can use your mobile phone number and password to login to "BH e-Connect", but you need to download the latest version of "BH e-Connect" from Apple App Store or Google Play on your new mobile device.
If you want to update your personal details, please come to our hospital/center in person for safety reason
The elderly, children or anyone you are willing to take care of can become a "care recipient" or their "care giver"
No. Both "care recipient" and "care giver" must get consent by the other through "BH e-Connect" before the function can be activated.
Yes. Relationships will continue until either one cancel it
Yes. You can check appointments within 1 year of your personal, care giver or care recipient from "BH e-Connect"
No. If you want to cancel or change your appointment, please call the corresponding center for any update
Yes. Please select two dates and times that suit you. You will soon receive a confirmation of your appointment. If the appointment cannot be arranged according to your selection, staff of relevant center will contact you.
You can check your medication and allergy records from "BH e-Connect" at anytime and anywhere
Patients can come to our hospital in person and ask our medical staff for any inquiries
All laboratory results, radiology reports and endoscopy reports from HKBH
You can view the recent 2 years of investigation reports
The report release period depends on your doctor’s decision. He/she may release the reports to you instantly or after your next follow-up appointment. However, all reports shall be shown on the app within 90 days after report issuance.

Yes. There will also be a reminder for the "care recipient". Please turn on to receive notification avoid missing any appointment notification of the "care recipient"
Yes. You can add the appointment of the "care recipient" to corresponding mobile calendar application (such as Google Calendar, iCloud) according to the mobile phone's operating system (such as Android, iOS)
Notifications will be received by "BH e-Connect" mobile app. Please make sure you have allowed "BH e-Connect" to receive notifications in your mobile phone's "Settings" and connected to the Internet. If you need audible alert, please also make sure the sound notification is turned on in "Settings"
After allowing notifications from "BH e-Connect", you will be able to receive push notifications without logging in to "BH e-Connect"
